Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Protein Milkshake

Late night cravings?

 

If your like me you probably get a bit peckish in the evenings.

 

One thing I love to have to set me up for the next day is this milkshake. 

 

It's high in protein to help you muscles recover, high in calcium, high in good fats and high in slow release carbs to give you fuel for the next day.....

 

And it's a milkshake! who doesn't like a milkshake?!?

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:                                               

 

300ml Almond milk (or alternative)

 

1 scoop chocolate protein

 

1 large tablespoon of peanut butter

(or alternative)

 

1/2 cup of oats

 

 

 

 Method:

 

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor a mix!

 

 

ENJOY!
