Overnight Oats - Chocolate Orange
If you're anything like me, you feel hungry again just a few hours after breakfast! One of the only meals that keeps me going till lunch is porridge.
But having the same thing every morning can get boring, so let me introduce you to Overnight Oats. They only take a few minutes to make, are nutritious and taste great!
There are loads of different versions, but this chocolate orange is one of my favorites.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1 cup Almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 small orange (e.g. Mandarin)
1 Tsp Cacao powder
1 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp Desiccated coconut (optional)
All the above can be altered according to taste . Personally I never measure, because who has time for that!
Method:
1. Poor the oats, milk and Cacao powder into a bowl and mix
2. Either chop up the mandarin into small pieces and add, or squeeze the juice and add zest
3. Add any or all of the optional ingredients and mix
4. Cover and leave in fridge overnight
