- Specific exercise selection designed to work on your weakness and improve further on your strengths
- Weekly texts and emails to analyse the programme and progress (adjustments to programme can be made if necessary)
- Video tutorials and ‘how to’ guides for exercises where needed
- End of month phone/skype/text or email appointment to assess current plan and make adjustments
This package is ideal if you are confident with a most common movements and exercises but need some visual and verbal instruction with regards to the layout of your sessions and some more advanced techniques. This package will also enable to progress quicker and further due to the regular progress updates and checkups.
